Turn2us has launched its interactive online fuel poverty map for a second year running - to highlight the varying levels of fuel poverty across the UK and to encourage people to access the support available ahead of their winter bills.
The map is part of our annual ‘Acting on Fuel Poverty’ campaign and this year it has been developed to include further information on fuel poverty as well as additional resources to help people who are affected find support.

Want to know more about benefit and tax credit overpayments? Our new information sheet explains how overpayments occur; the rules about when they have to be repaid; and how to challenge decisions.
A separate resource discusses fraud investigations and the procedures, processes and penalties involved.

The Ask an Expert feature on the Turn2us website is a regular opportunity for Turn2us service users to submit questions on a specific topic relating to benefits, grants or managing money to a panel of advisers who specialise in that area of information and advice. We look back at the topics covered so far in 2012 and what's planned for the rest of the year.
