A major survey conducted by Turn2us on the parenting website, Mumsnet, has revealed that 80% of mothers on a low family income said they felt guilty about how they brought their children up.

A new ‘Maximising Income for Families’ pilot service developed by Turn2us, in partnership with Child Poverty Action Group and Home-Start UK, is helping families of young children on low incomes access the money that may be available to them.

Turn2us has upgraded its benefits checker to include enhanced services aimed at intermediary users who have regular face-to-face contact with people in financial need.
