Welcome to the August issue of Turn2us News, our monthly e-bulletin to keep intermediaries updated with news and developments in Turn2us services.
Intermediaries are fundamental to Turn2us’s work because they play a crucial role in raising awareness of the help available for individuals in financial need and supporting them to access it.
In order to ensure that we are meeting your needs and to help us plan further services, we are seeking your views about the work you do and the Turn2us services that you use.
Please help us by participating in our adviser survey (link opens in a new window), which will only take about five minutes to complete.
Do you work in Wales or Northern Ireland.
Would you like to know more about Turn2us's services?
We will be running free workshops in Llandrindod Wells (29 September) and Belfast (19 October) to help support workers and volunteers understand more about our services and how to use them.

Would you like to know more about the processes involved; the steps that need to be taken to appeal; and who can advise you further? Turn2us's new benefits section on Challenging a benefits or Tax Credits decision shows you how.
