Workshops for intermediaries

Turn2us has a programme of workshops across the UK to help front-line workers and volunteers (‘intermediaries’) use Turn2us’ tools and services to support people in financial need.

Types of workshop

We offer the following types of workshops:

  1. Maximising_Income_-_Benefits_and_Grants_(PDF_file_size_40kb): these are for voluntary organisations which support people in financial need by finding benefits, grants and other financial information for them.
  2. Grants Searching and Financial Resources (PDF file size 60kb): tailored for housing associations, local authorities and voluntary organisations requiring a deeper understanding about grant-giving and grants searching.
  3. In-house training: for organisations providing financial information and support to people in financial need.

Participants will need to be familiar with using the internet and pre-course preparation is required for all workshops.
