Participate in the Disability Rights UK survey on the Care and Support Bill - Turn2us

On 11 July, the Department of Health published a draft Care and Support Bill alongside a White Paper to reform social care and a progress report on funding of social care. The reform covers England only.

Disability Rights UK, a charity that supports people with disabilities, has produced a briefing which sets out the key issues of the draft Care and Support Bill and their views. They will be responding to the Government's consultation on these proposals and are inviting comments and suggestions from people with disabilities or long-term health conditions and disability organisations.
