Workshops for intermediaries

Turn2us has a programme of workshops across the UK to help front-line workers and volunteers (‘intermediaries’) use Turn2us’ tools and services to support people in financial need.

Types of workshop

We offer the following types of workshops for organisations which support people in financial need by finding benefits, grants and other financial and practical information for them.  :

  1. Maximising_Income: Benefits_and_Grants_(PDF_file_size_92kb)
  2. In-house training.

Participants will need to be familiar with using the internet and pre-course preparation is required for all workshops.
