Workshops for intermediaries
Turn2us has a programme of workshops across the UK to help
front-line workers and volunteers (‘intermediaries’) use Turn2us’
tools and services to support people in financial need.
Types of workshop
We offer the following types of workshops:
- Maximising_Income_-_Benefits_and_Grants_(PDF_file_size_40kb):
these are for voluntary organisations which support people in
financial need by finding benefits, grants and other financial
information for them.
-
Grants Searching and Financial Resources (PDF file size
60kb): tailored for housing associations, local
authorities and voluntary organisations requiring a deeper
understanding about grant-giving and grants searching.
- In-house training: for organisations providing
financial information and support to people in financial need.
Participants will need to be familiar with using the internet
and pre-course preparation is required for all workshops.
