Retired people in need who have worked in the bookbinding, printing and allied trades, and their dependants, can apply for a grant. Applicants must be able to live independently.
Grant application forms can be obtained from the Bookbinders Charitable Society and can be completed by the individual, a relative or a recognised referral agency such as a social worker or citizens advice bureau. Application are considered quarterly.
