Applications are welcome from or on behalf of any child or young person up to the age of 26 with a physical or other disability.
Provision of mobility equipment such as Wheelchairs, Buggies, Walkers, Trikes, Communication Aids and ongoing maintenance of Electrically Powered Indoor Outdoor Chairs (EPIOCs).
