Independence at Home
Independence at home can provide financial help to people living at home who are severely disabled or chronically ill. No grants can be made to groups of people or those in residential care.
The Trust requires individuals to be referred by a third party, such as a Social Worker or a Welfare Professional from the Citizens' Advice Bureau.
The Trust is able to assist with home adaptations, equipment and a wide range of goods and services that can directly assist with the disability.
