People under 25 years of age living in Quorn, Woodhouse, Woodhouse Eaves and Barrow upon Soar only (preference is given to the first three villages).
Type of grants
(i) Grants, usually between £50 to £250, for school pupils, to help with books, equipment, school uniform, maintenance or fees, but not other school clothing or educational outings. (ii) Grants, up to about £250, for students in further and higher education, to help with books, equipment, instruments, study or travel abroad or fees, but not for student exchange or for foreign students studying in the UK. (iii) Help towards the cost of books, equipment and instruments, travel and clothing for people starting work.
