A registered charity that promotes awareness of European law rights and assist marginalised individuals and those in vulnerable circumstances to assert those rights.

Provides information, advice and recruitment/placement (job-matching) services relating to cross-border living and working within European Economic Area (EEA) countries.

The Citizens Advice 'Adviceguide' website has a section on help with immigration problems. Your local Citizens Advice bureau should be able to advise you further on your particular situation. You can use our Find an Adviser tool to find a local one.

Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants (link opens in a new window)

National charity that campaigns for justice in immigration, nationality and refugee law and policy. They operate a free telephone advice service to the public on Wednesdays from 11am - 1pm.

UK Border Agency (link opens in a new window)

Government agency responsible for controlling migration and securing UK borders. It has comprehensive information on coming to the UK on its website.
