Add Turn2us Charity User
When your account with Turn2us is set up, we also set up a provider user account in the name of someone from your organisation who is the grants contact.
This gives them login details that they can use to go into your charity's account to update your profile and manage any enquiries that you receive (if you have opted to receive enquiries online through Turn2us).
You can have more than one user for your charity's/provider's account if you want to.
To add another user, the nominated user needs to log into their Turn2us account.
Then go to the 'My Turn2us' tab on the main menu and hover the mouse over it so the sub-menu appears. Click 'Add User'.
The 'Add User' page will appear.
Just fill in the form and click 'Save'.
You will get a confirmation message onscreen and the nominated user will get an email asking them to confirm their registration within seven days by clicking the link in the email. Once they have done this, their account is ready to use.
