Receiving online enquiries through Turn2us
Charitable funds can opt to accept enquiries through the Turn2us Grants Search.
This means enquirers (who may be individuals or intermediaries) can use the Turn2us website to submit an online enquiry form providing information on the background, circumstances and needs of the person seeking help to charitable funds that they think might be able to help them.
Accepting online enquiries
If you want to accept online enquiries, log into your 'My Turn2us' account.
Once you are logged in, hover your mouse over the 'My Turn2us' option on the menu bar at the top of the page and select 'Updated Provider'.
An 'Update Provider Details' form will appear.
Scroll down to the bottom of the form. Select "Accepting online enquiries" and click "Update".
On your profile in the Grants Search, there will now be a button on the right-hand side of the screen saying 'Enquire online'.
