Logging into your Turn2us intermediaries account
When you have received confirmation of your Turn2us intermediary account, you can log into your account by taking the following steps:
- Go onto the Turn2us website and click 'login' on the top right hand corner of any page
- Enter your user name and password
- Ticking the 'Remember me?' box means that you will not have to enter your user name and password the next time you visit the Turn2us website. If you are using a public computer or you share the computer you are using with others, we recommend that you don't tick this box
- Click the 'Login' button
- You are now logged in to your ‘My Turn2us’ account.

Can't remember your login details or having issues logging in?
If you are having issues logging in or can't remember your login details, go to the login page and click the 'forgotten username/password' link at the bottom of the page.
Follow the instructions on the 'Forgotten Password form' to get a reminder of your Username or link to reset your password.
Please note: For the password reset, once you have filled in this form, a link will be sent to your registered email address. You need to click this email link within seven days to reset your password. You also cannot click this link more than once. Every time you need a new password, you have to make a fresh request for a password reset using this form.
