Turn2us runs regional and in-house workshops across the UK to help front-line workers and volunteers (‘intermediaries’) to use Turn2us tools and services to support people in financial need.
You can find out more about this training programme and book a place on a regional workshop on our Turn2us workshops page.
If you would like to discuss whether a Turn2us workshop would be suitable for your organisation, please contact the Turn2us Training Co-ordinator.
Case study based learning resources
We have developed some case study based exercises to help users of Turn2us resources understand more about the features of the Turn2us Benefit Calculator and Turn2us Grants Search
These can be used:
As a learning resource, by answering the questions on page 1 as you work your way through the tool it demonstrates, or
You can 'walk through' the exercise using the answers on pages 2 onwards to learn how the tool works.
