Intermediary accounts: Update your details/request changes or deletion of an account
You can update your details or request changes to/delete of your account using your intermediaries account.
Hover over the 'My Turn2us' option on the main menu bar and select 'Update Your Details' from the Intermediaries navigation bar. (See Screengrab below.)
You will see a Summary page. (See Screengrab below.)
If you want to change your preferences, tick the appropriate boxes on the summary page and click 'Update'. (See Screengrab below.)
If you want to change your details, click 'Change details' on the summary form. (See Screengrab below.)
This takes you to an 'Update details' page (see screengrab). Make the changes you need to make and click 'Continue'. (See Screengrab below.)
This takes you back to the Summary page.
Request a change to your organisation or branch details/access permissions/deletion of an account
There are three changes that you can't make yourself for data protection reasons. Instead you need to request a change:

When you have made all the changes you want to, click 'Update' on the Summary page. You should get a confirmation at the top of the screen that your changes have been made. (See Screengrab below.)
