The Edinburgh Marathon Festival is Scotland’s largest running event. Over 30,000 runners took part in 2016. With seven races on offer over two days - including the marathon, half marathon, team relay, 10k, 5k and junior races - there really is something for everyone!

Walk, run or jog the unique Thames Path Challenge, choosing the distance that’s right for you. Challenge yourself to do 25k, 50k or even 100k along the Thames from Putney to Henley.

Or why not try the 20k London Bridges Trek over 16 bridges from Putney to Tower Bridge on Saturday 9 September? Zig-zagging over the array of historic bridges, you’ll trek from west to east, taking in unrivalled views of the city's skyline.

The Bournemouth Marathon Festival brings many distances together in one wonderful weekend of running. The course is fast and picturesque with stunning South Coast sea views and takes in the very best of Bournemouth and Poole. With six races to choose from, there is something for all abilities. If you don’t feel up to running a full marathon, why not go for a half marathon, a supersonic 10k or speed of light 5k! There are also junior races, so you can get the whole family involved!
