Turn2us has launched an innovative e-learning package
to help intermediaries (such as advisers, support workers,
volunteer home visitors or welfare offices) understand and use
Turn2us services.
It is divided into four modules:
- Introduction to Turn2us
- Checking Eligibility for Benefits
- Accessing Support from Grant-giving charities
- Maximising Income for Families
Individuals, grant-giving charities and others interested in our work might also find the first module helpful as it provides an overview of the services we provide.
