Turn2us is looking for a Charity Impact Analyst to be responsible for reporting and analysing the impact of our work, as well as monitoring the experiences of those that we help. The role will sit within the Communications Team and will work with all parts of the charity to build up a picture of the difference that we are making and how we can improve. This position will be responsible for creating regular reports and reviewing and analysing internal and external key performance indications (KPIs), as well as looking at how the charity compares to similar organisations.
This is a crucial post that will shape how our services are operated. It will help us better understand the impact that we are having on the ground and create clearer messaging for those that we support, as well as those that want to support us.
