As the Programmes Assistant at Turn2us, you’ll be a vital member of the Edinburgh Trust team within our Programmes & Partnerships Directorate. Your work will support the Head of Edinburgh Trust, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives related to poverty reduction, co-production, and community engagement.

The Interim Director of Impact & Innovation is an extraordinary opportunity to join an inspirational and focused team that will lead the development of Turn2us’s organisational strategy and annual operational plan so that we are focused on the greatest possible impact for the people we exist to serve.

We are looking for someone who can confidently co-ordinate our brand review project, working closely with the Head of Brand and Communications and the Campaigns and Communications Manager to balance the needs and views of both external and internal stakeholders.

In this pivotal role, you will enhance the Research & Learning function at Turn2us, ensuring robust Measurement, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) frameworks are developed and implemented across our work.

The Campaign Mobilisation Manager will be responsible for the strategic design and delivery of our campaigning activities, managing and growing our network of campaigners, and promoting the voices of people with lived experience of financial insecurity as we campaign for systemic change.
