Tim Molloy – Volunteer Support Manager

I am delighted to have recently joined Turn2us to manage our amazing volunteer team who deliver a high-quality volunteer project to support people living in poverty.

I’ve managed a wide variety of volunteer-led initiatives for 15 years, supporting gay men living with HIV, single parents and people living with Type 1 diabetes.

I began my own volunteer journey in 1994 at an HIV charity in Manchester helping to run peer support groups and delivering community events, and more recently was a volunteer trustee for another HIV charity.

Outside work I’m a trained but slightly lapsed scuba diver and spend too much time talking about cricket and pandering to my sociopathic cat.

Joe Hunter – Volunteer Support Officer

Hello! I joined Turn2us in early 2018 with the intention of making it as easy as possible for our incredible volunteers to make their positive impact.

From a young age, the concept of volunteering captured me and really gave me a drive - volunteering for a cause you believe in, whatever it may be, is solely positive and an opportunity to do something entirely good with your time.

Supporting this type of work, and doing as much as possible myself, always felt like the obvious path to take. Volunteering and administrating volunteer projects has taken me around the world and helped me work towards being the best person I can be (a work in progress).

To be able to support such dedicated and, in many cases, long standing volunteers at Turn2us is a huge privilege.

Lauren Hogan – Volunteering Projects Officer

I am part of the Engagement team, my role is very exciting and involves coming up with lots of new ideas to make the volunteering programme more innovative and diverse. When a new volunteering project comes our way, I get it moving forwards.

Volunteering is also a personal passion of mine. I currently volunteer with Leonard Cheshire Disability and have previously volunteered in Fiji, Kenya, Spain and Bangladesh, working on projects to fight poverty and inequality.

In my spare time, I enjoy being outside, exploring London. Having only moved here in January, I have lots to see.

Debby Mulling – Head of Engagement

I joined Turn2us in the summer of 2017 and support the team to deliver high standard volunteering, workshops and partnership working.

Investing in your community is something I learned very young, as is volunteering - getting a taste for it at the age of 13 helping out at a local primary school.

I went on to become a Scouts leader and a camp leader at my secondary school. More recently my volunteering activities have involved landscaping at Highgate Cemetery.
