Our volunteering programme has achieved the national Investing in Volunteers Quality Mark and we have recently embarked on a new three year Volunteering Strategy to grow and develop our volunteering programme.
An opportunity has arisen for a full-time Volunteer Support Officer to join our Face to Face Services Team at our Headquarters Office in Hammersmith. Reporting to the Volunteer Support Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our current and potential volunteers so you will need to strong administration and people skills. You will be responsible for organising volunteer visits, assisting with promotion of volunteer opportunities and recruitment together with supporting delivery of our ambitious plans to grow our volunteering programme across the charity through the development of a number of new roles and projects, such as our befriending pilot and skills bank initiative.
