About this role

Turn2us is a national charity tackling financial insecurity and its structural causes. We work with co-producers and partners to provide people in financial crisis with the means and agency to get back on their feet, build resilience, move forward with their lives and thrive.

As Senior Partnerships Officer, you’ll help us build and support relationships with organisations that use and embed Turn2us tools and information within their own user journeys like Independent Age, GMCA, Christians Against Poverty and Trussell. You’ll work closely with the Strategic Partnerships Manager to both identify new partners and support existing partners, helping them get the most from working with us. You’ll also make sure they have the information, skills and support they need.

You’ll be a key contact for our partnership network and will also help us keep our CRM/database records up to date. By listening to partners and sharing what you learn with colleagues across Turn2us, you’ll help us improve our partnership offer and make it easier for more people experiencing financial insecurity to access support.

About You

You’ll be a confident communicator and relationship builder, with experience of working with partners or external stakeholders in the charity or public sector. You’ll be comfortable organising and facilitating meetings and workshops, both online and in person, and able to manage a busy workload with competing priorities.

You’ll also be confident using CRM or database systems and keeping information accurate and up to date. A good understanding of GDPR and data sharing is important, as is being comfortable working or learning how to work with video, newsletters and different digital products like Google Analytics or Mailchimp. We’re looking for someone who is practical, approachable and collaborative, and who cares about building strong partnerships that help people experiencing financial insecurity get the support they need.

Please read the Senior Partnerships Officer Job Pack for further information.
