This week we are proud to announce that our helpline Team Manager, June Hawthorne, has been shortlisted for the 2016 UK National Contact Centre Awards in the “Contact Centre Manager of the Year” Category.
The UK National Contact Centre Awards are the longest established awards for contact centres in the UK. These awards are highly sought after and use a rigorous selection process. This is a great achievement in a highly competitive field this year and June is thrilled to be a finalist.
Kirsten McKenzie, Head of Helpline Services said: “It is wonderful that June has reached this stage of the process, beating over 50 applicants to reach the final. June is very deserving of the award, being one of the best people managers I have had the pleasure to work with. I look forward to the awards ceremony next month.”
