Location: Hammersmith, London
Turn2us is a national charity that is fighting poverty in the UK. We are looking for an ambitious and creative individual to join our team and help us understand how we can fight even harder.
The Charity Impact Analyst will be responsible for reporting and analysing the impact of our work, as well as monitoring the experiences of those that we help. The role will sit within the Communications Team and will work with all parts of the charity to build up a picture of the difference that we are making and how we can improve. This position will be responsible for creating regular reports and reviewing and analysing internal and external KPIs, as well as looking at how the charity compares to similar organisations.
This is a crucial post that will shape how our services are operated. It will help us better understand the impact that we are having on the ground and create clearer messaging for those that we support, as well as those that want to support us.
Founded in 1897, the charity provides support to those living in poverty in the UK. We primarily do this through awarding charitable grants to individuals in need through our own funds, as well as a number of other funds administered directly by the charity.
In addition to this, a major part of our work is about letting people know what help they are entitled to from welfare benefits and grants from other charitable funds. Last year 1.3 million calculations were carried out using our Benefits Calculator, as well as over half a million searches through our Grants Search that has access to over 3,000 grant giving bodies.
These numbers are impressive, but with your help we can dig into the detail and uncover the full story. We need an individual who will have the experience and strength to bring together several streams of data into an integrated and effective Charity Impact Analysis function.
You will need to be a talented negotiator who understands the difference between statistics and insight. Above all you will need advanced technical expertise in this area and a proven track record of success within the sector, as well as a developed intellectual curiosity.
This is a full-time and permanent position and, in addition to the salary, Turn2us also offers a competitive benefits package.
To apply please send your CV and a supporting statement (max. 2 sides A4) which addresses the requirements in the person specification to email@example.com
