Research and Admin Support Volunteer - Workshops Programme

The Face-to-Face Team is a part of the Turn2us Operations Department. It delivers workshop programmes with partner organisations and volunteers. This includes the management of the Workshops Programme, training other charities to use our online tools.

HQ Office Volunteer Role

Where

This role is based at our Head Office in Hammersmith, London W6 7NL.

When

When you can volunteer depends on your availability. We can have a chat and together decide the most suitable time.

Time Commitment

We initially ask for volunteers to come into the office for either 1 or 2 days every week. This is dependent on your availability and can be decided together.

Tasks involved

Tasks may include but are not limited to;

  • Research tasks
  • General Admin
  • Proof reading content
  • User testing our online services

Skills required

Skills required are dependent on the role and may include;

  • Use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Publisher
  • Using the internet to research
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Team working skills

Training and Support

All volunteers receive an induction to Turn2us and relevant training for their role. Volunteers are supported by the Volunteer Support Manager, Volunteer Support Officers and the Volunteering Projects Officer.
