Sign your organisation or branch up for Turn2us e-learning accounts

Please complete the form to request Turn2us e-learning accounts for your team or organisation. By completing this form, you confirm that you either work or volunteer for an organisation supporting people experiencing financial insecurity.

This form is for group e-learning access. If you only want to register for yourself, please use the individual e-learning account form.

Turn2us provides 20 free User accounts per organisation. From the 21st User account a one-off up-front fee of £40 per user will be requested from the organisation. This cost is non-refundable and gives unlimited access to the Turn2us e-learning including all present and future courses. Organisations will be notified in advance when they are approaching 20 users.

Privacy promise

We will always store your personal details securely. We'll use them to provide the service that you have requested, and communicate with you in the way(s) that you have agreed to. Your data may also be used for analysis purposes, to help us improve our services and communicate with you most effectively. We will only allow your information to be used by suppliers working on our behalf and we’ll only share it to deliver a service to you or if required to do so by law.

Terms and conditions

1. Usage

The sharing of User accounts is not permitted.
Each User account is unique and must be linked to your email address and not a generic shared address.
The courses are available with a User account. Organisations are not permitted to sell or rent access to the courses.
While you may download a course for completion offline, saving or distributing courses is not permitted.
Breaching any terms and conditions could result in the termination of the User’s account.

2. Account charges

Charges apply only to organisations where over 20 staff members or volunteers (users) have signed up for an account. The first 20 users are not charged. Organisations will be charged the full price of £40 per user from the 21st user.
There is no limit to how many users each organisation can enrol.
If the user does not complete the course(s) the organisation will still be required to pay providing the organisation has passed the 20-user threshold. Refunds are not available.
This is a one-off upfront cost and does not change according to the number of courses. Once a user has been charged £40 there is no limit to how many courses they can enrol on.
Organisations will be invoiced per every 5 users in bundles of 5 x £40 (payment terms will be organised by the Strategic Partnership Manager and organisation).

3. GDPR

We only collect the data needed to efficiently provide the service.
The data is not shared beyond Turn2us, our e-learning platform provider (Absorb) and their sub-processors.

4. Notifications

You agree to receive automatic email notifications about your course enrolments and completion status.
You agree to receive email notifications on new course creation and other relevant Turn2us e-learning updates.
