Transferring from Personal Independence Payment to Adult Disability Payment Scotland
Social Security Scotland has now finished transferring people getting Personal Indpenedance Payment (PIP) to Adult Disability Payment (ADP). If you live in Scotland and still get PIP, you should have received a letter explaining what's happening.
If you haven't had this letter, contact Social Security Scotland to check what's going on with your claim.
From 6 November 2025, if you're still getting PIP in Scotland, you'll need to make a new application for Adult Disability Payment yourself.
