Statutory Neonatal Care Pay - How much Statutory Neonatal Care Pay will I get?

You can get Statutory Neonatal Care Pay for up to 12 weeks. The amount is either £187.18 a week or 90% of your average weekly pay, whichever is lower.

If you have more than one baby (like twins) and they're in neonatal care at the same time, you can only claim Neonatal Care Pay and Leave for one of them, up to a total of 12 weeks.

If your babies go into neonatal care at different times, you can claim for each of them, but only up to 12 weeks in total.
