What is the Warm Homes Network?

The Warm Homes Network helps people claim the support they’re entitled to, make their homes more energy efficient, and access advice on benefits, household costs and debt.

The network is a collaboration between Turn2us, Citizens Advice, and YES Energy Solutions, funded by Cadent and Northern Gas Networks.

Who is eligible for support

The Warm Homes Network is available to anyone living in the Midlands, North, and East of England, as well as London north of the Thames.

An adviser will call you within two working days.

YES Energy Solutions provide financial support such as fuel vouchers, as well as access to funding to improve the energy efficiency of your home and personalised advice on managing energy bills.

Citizens Advice Manchester provide personalised advice on benefits, debt, budgeting, housing, childcare, household bills, and income maximisation.
