Warm Homes Network: Support for Liverpool residents

The Warm Homes Network is a collaboration between Turn2us, Citizens Advice Manchester and YES Energy Solutions, funded by Cadent. We’re working together to help people in the Liverpool City Region to claim the support they’re entitled to, make their homes more energy efficient to reduce energy bills, get help with debt and bills, and access benefits advice.  

This service is available to people who live in the Liverpool City Region, an area covering six local authorities – Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, St Helens and Wirral.

How to access support 

To access support, simply open the chatbot on this webpage and select ‘Energy, bills and benefit support in Liverpool'. You’ll be signposted to support from Turn2us and, if needed, referred to Citizen’s Advice and YES Energy Solutions for expert advice.

You can find the chatbot in the bottom right-hand corner of this page. Just answer a few quick questions and we will then arrange a call from an adviser.

YES Energy Solutions provide expert advice on managing energy bills, including tips to reduce energy use and lower bills, help accessing funding to improve the energy efficiency of your home, as well as financial assistance and fuel vouchers. You can also receive a free energy saving pack with gadgets to help reduce energy use.

Citizens Advice Manchester provide expert advice on benefits, debt, budgeting, housing, household bills, and income maximisation.
