How much Winter Heating Payment will I get?
A Winter Heating Payment is a one-off payment of £59.75.
Unlike the Cold Weather Payment in the rest of the UK, the Winter Heating Payment does not depend on how cold it gets.
How will I be paid a Winter Heating Payment?
The payment is normally made between December and February.
It will be paid directly into your bank or building society account or through the Payment Exception Service if you are unable to open or manage one of these or a similar account.
